I’m a Psychologist with three years of experience working with young people and families. Alongside my clinical work, I’m a researcher in the field, driven by curiosity and a commitment to understanding what shapes emotional lives over time. My work focuses on family dynamics, parenting, and the psychological processes underlying youth suicide and self-harm.

I value listening and believe meaningful change happens when people feel understood. My aim is to offer a space that is steady, thoughtful, and intentional, where insight can turn into real change in everyday life
